Villa Elvira is a beautiful private villa with pool in Le Marche located at few minutes from San Costanzo and at only 9 Km to the Adriatic Coast. This villa is set in a calm and intimate background and was furnished with taste and comfort.

The location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the scenic landscapes of Le Marche countryside. Moreover, being close to the sea and the city of Fano it gives the opportunity to go for excursions, do shopping in famous brands'outlets and have a good time in one of the sea front bars and restaurants.

INTERIORS

The villa is set on two levels.

Ground floor: is composed of an ample living room with fireplace and pool table, dining room, gourmet kitchen, two toilets and laundry area.

On the first floor, where you access through a wide staircase, there is a lovely hallway, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (possibility to add a single bed in one of the rooms), a bedroom with three single beds, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Accessories: TV, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, stereo system, pool table, fans, freezer-refrigerator, gas oven, microwave, hair dryer, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, dish washer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, washing machine, iron board with iron, drying rack, window screens (sleeping area and kitchen), Internet wi-fi connection, outdoor tables and chairs, loungers and sun umbrellas, outdoor sofas, porch, brick barbecue.

 

OUTSIDE

The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is characterised by a tidy garden and a lovely pool with panoramic view. The villa also offers wide outdoor living spaces to have unforgettable dinners.

 

The price includes: water, electricity, gas for kitchen use, a weekly change of linen and towels, Internet connection (wi-fi)

The price does not include: final cleaning (130,00 Euro),  Extra cleaning when animals are present: € 60 per stay, tourist tax to pay directly to the owner of the house if due, Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)

On request: Heating: measured on consumption up to the market's rates, Extra cleaning during vacation: € 10 per hour, 3 hours minimum, Extra changes of linen or towels during vacation: € 5 per person, Baby cot: € 60 per week, high chair is available

 

Security deposit: covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be deposited
