This beautiful villa,Villa Fiorentina, is situated a few kilometres from the ancient village of Malmantile and only 15 kilometres from Florence. It is an original stone Florentine villa, built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Most of the very spacious rooms have vaulted ceilings. A 600 metre drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The villa is situated in the centre of an estate producing olive oil and wine.

The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a confortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby. There is also a tennis court.
