Villa Il Sogno is a wonderful and typical Tuscan farmhouse which dates back to 1800, recently renovated, enhancing the most characteristic aspects.

The villa is situated on the hills between Volterra and San Gimignano and Pisa and its location is ideal for easy access to surrounding towns such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and the coast of Versilia.

Ground floor: large living room with dining area , living room with antique fireplace , kitchen , double bedroom with private bathroom with shower , bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people .

First floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (convertible into double ) both with en- suite shower room and fireplace , master bedroom with fireplace and private bathroom with shower.

Second floor ( accessible via a spiral staircase) : relax area obtained in the house tower with 360 degree views of the surrounding landscape .
In each of the 3 rooms on the first floor you can add a third extra bed.

The garden ( 5000 m2 ) that surrounds Villa Il Sogno is beautifully maintained and equipped and offers a beautiful private swimming -pool (15 x 5 m - maximum depth 1,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/10 ), with a portion suitable for children where the water depth is 40 centimeters and a whirlpool area and there are also children's games (table tennis , swings ), beautiful wrought iron gazebo with sofas and armchairs place close to the house where you can dine or relax , rustic outbuilding open on 3 sides providing kitchen ( barbecue).

The price does not include: final cleaning 260,- Euro, any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality(details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: heating according to consumption € 4.50 per cubic meter, air conditioning according to consumption 0,45 Euro/kwh, maid service available at € 15.00 per hour , chance to organize lunches and dinners with typical Tuscan dishes , wine tours , cooking classes and guided tours cities of art.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of € 50.00 per week.
