Villa La Vista is  a beautiful independent villa with pool, strategically located halfway between Florence and Siena.

The area of Chianti situated in the territory of the Toscana region enclose on this beautiful locality all the natural, historical and gastronomical features that are typical of the zone.

Villa La Vista offers a beautiful pool to live hours of relax with family and friend, a spacious garden for the outdoors days equipped with a barbecue area which enhances your summer feasts, a lovely fireplace which makes the ambience warmer and comfortable on colder days. Renovation of the property was completed in 2013, and the property has been furnished with exceptional taste and attention to detail.

The villa offers WI-FI internet connection (free of charge). All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Outside there is a large, well-tended garden with a beautiful pool with panoramic views. The villa, equipped with all comforts, is composed of a main house and guest house, sleeping a total of up to 12 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, from which the owners produce wine and olive oil (guests will be offered a tasting in the estate's cellars). The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).

Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.

Ground floor: entrance into the living room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, espresso coffee maker), dining area, wc, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled guests).
First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom (with outdoor access) with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.

Guest house  (2 people)
Ground floor: living area composed of sitting area, dining area and fireplace.
5 steps down: kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), bathroom with shower.
First floor: large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub (the bathroom is open on to the bedroom).

Please note: the extra cost of € 295 per day (utilities) is due together with the rental amount at booking confirmation, and not on the spot.

OUTDOOR
