This imposing property was built in the 15th Century and since then it has remained the property of the Conti Brandolini d'Adda; the original decorations like the family's armature and statues testify to the building's historic character.

Villa Marlon is located in Cison di Valmarino, a charming village in the foothills of the Dolomites, in an area famous for its food and wine, where the musician Vivaldi and the painter Titian grew up. The interiors have recently been completely restored to a very high standard.

The estate of Villa Marlon is located less than an hour away from Venice and not far from the popular resort of Cortina d' Ampezzo and Val Badia. The location is ideal for both rest in a quiet environment , both to visit and discover interesting places. In the large garden of 2 acres was placed a beautiful swimming pool ( 18mt ) and a secluded area with table and chairs under a monumental chestnut.

The price includes: Maid service is included 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.

The price does not include : heating, any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner), cooking service on request available, air conditioning in the Carpentry 100,00 Euro/day

Security deposit: € 1,500.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
