Villa Oliveto is a situated about 2 km outside Castiglion Fiorentino.  It is an old town which certainly already existed before the Etruscan period though it was in the late Middle Ages that it underwent the period of great expansion in urbanistic terms, to reach teh actual layout of the town. Castiglion Fiorentino is now an active but tranquil town which offers the visitors a large variety of cultural events, town festivals and folkloristic shows all over the year.

Villa Oliveto is a beautiful holiday villa situated on the slopes of a hill looking onto the Valdichiana below and is certainly the ideal spot for anyone wanting to spend their holiday in a suggestive country villa, without sacrificing any of the comforts of modern life.  The property is surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient cypress trees.  

Approx. 2 kilometers far from the house there is a private tennis court to be shared only with the clients of the house COLLE FIORITO, belonging to the same owner.
