Villa Ottaviano is an old villa (750 m2) situated in a quiet location on the edge of a small hamlet in the hills of Pisa, surrounded by olive groves and woods. The origins of the villa dates back to 1500: it belonged to noble families of Pisa and over the centuries has undergone various restoration interventions until that of 1700 which gave it its current appearance. The villa is characterized by a beautiful park with old trees and a huge magnolia, the villa offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
A completely independent part of the villa is occupied by the owner.
Possibility to rent the villa for 9 people with the name VILLA OTTAVIANO 9: in this case the 2nd floor will be unavailable.
