Villa Porto Rafael is a beautiful villa situated in a location with panoramic views over the bay and the islands of La Maddalena, the exclusive peninsula of Porto Rafael - Punta Sardegna.The house is surrounded by a large terraced garden with a beautiful lawn and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean (myrtle trees, prickly pears, olives).

The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool with sea water situated in a panoramic position and some lovely terraces that offer the possibility to eat outside and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The house is tastefully furnished with some pieces of the local tradition.

INTERIORS

Ground floor ( access via a few steps): large and panoramic terrace partially covered and furnished with sofas and dining area, access to the living room with large panoramic windows overlooking the bay and islands, bar, kitchen with breakfast area and access to the to a lovely covered terrace with large table and barbecue . The living room leads to a double bedroom , bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower , double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

First floor (access via an external staircase): sun terrace.

Under the main terrace at the swimming pool ( access via external staircase from the terrace ) : nice suite with double bed, large windows overlooking the pool , small living area with sofa, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Villa Porto Rafael offers a beautiful garden of over 2000 square meters , swimming pool with sea water ( irregular shape - maximum depth 2,5 m - open from 01/ 05 to 30/ 09) set in panoramic location, barbecue , beautiful partly covered terrace with sofas and armchairs with a splendid sea view, large sun terrace (on the first floor of the villa ), further covered terrace with large table. The property is fully fenced and has a covered parking space.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 280.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: maid service available at a cost of € 15.00 per hour , a baby bed available at € 50.00 per week, on request it is also possible to organize dinners with typical dishes of Sardinian cuisine.

Security deposit : € 500.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
