Located near Capoliveri, in the region of Barabarca-Stecchi (also the name of the area's beaches), Villetta Bianca is one part of a detached holiday residence. It is set in a very peaceful spot on a green hillside which welcomes you with the sweet scents of rosemary, broom and eucalyptus. You'll find the coastline here laced with small, secluded beaches and, like generations before you, you'll be delighted by the rocky terrain and crystal blue colour of the Mediterranean Sea.
Villetta Bianca has 160 m2 of living space + dependace, surrounded by a big garden and a terrace with terrific views of the Gulfs of Lacona and Stella.
The entire villa (including the bathrooms) has been completely and elegantly renovated and sleeps up to 8-10 people + Dependance (4 people).
The beach is two minutes' walk down a sloping path and the supermarket just 2 kms away.
We provide babies, free, with strollers and baby beds as required.
The beautiful village of Capoliveri, where you'll want to spend some time trying local cuisine in the tempting restaurants, is only 1.5 kms from the villa (15 minutes by foot).
INTERIORS
There are 3 bathrooms (2 bathrooms are ensuite) and four bedrooms, three of these have queen-size beds (two with a safe-deposit box), the fourth bedroom is smaller, with bunk beds. The living-room has satellite TV, HiFi, DVD-Player and a fireplace.
Independent dependance for 4 people, with sea view and a pool (13 mt x 7 mt) in front of the terrace.
Accessories: Satellite TV, air conditioning, fireplace, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, cot, barbecue, outdoor shower, garage.
The price includes: electricity, water, gas, Internet WIFI, final cleaning.
The price does not include: heating € 100.00 per week, any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town (details provided on site by the owner).
