Villetta Cortona is one of the most charming villas in Tuscany, lovely stone farmhouse situated in a panoramic and peaceful location offering splendid views over the Chiana Valley and over the ancient church S. Maria delle Grazie al Calcinaio.

This charming villa is very close to the centre of Cortona, a beautiful small medieval Tuscan town whose origins date back to the Etruscan period. The villa has been recently restored but it still preserves many of its original details like the ancient terracotta-tiled floors and the beamed ceilings.

INTERIOR

Ground floor: entrance, living-room with fireplace, dining area and access to an additional living area (giving on to the outside) with double sofa-bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) and access to a bedroom with a single bed and to a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen with fireplace and dining area. 

First floor : (accessible via an external stone staircase too) double bedroom, twin-bedded room, bathroom with shower (Jacuzzi). All of the bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning.

OUTDOOR

Villetta Cortona offers a terraced garden with a beautiful view  over the surrounding landscape and a small stone swimming-pool (3,5 x 4 mt) provided with hydromassage streams and charming waterfall; there is also a barbecue and laundry with washing-machine and iron.

The price includes: Internet WIFI, water, gas, first set of linen and towels. 

The price does not include: heating (€4,15/mt3), electricity (€0,70/kwh), final cleaning €130.00; possible tourist tax to be paid locally (€2,00 per person / per day for the first 4 days of stay - children under the age of 12 are not included).

On request: maid service available by arrangement (€15,00/per hour), baby bed available on request (€45,00/per week), pets 50,00 Euro/per/week

 

Security deposit: €300.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)
