The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is only 1 km far and can be reach with an easy walk. 

The house is suitable for large parties (up to 20 persons) considering that CASALE BELVEDERE, which belongs to the same owner, is located a few hundred meters far up the hill

All the 5 bedrooms and the dining room are endowed with wall fans.
ANNEX: living room with fireplace, bathroom (washbasin and wc), laundry room with iron facilities.

The maximum relax is assured in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below and where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Swimming towels.
Cleaning of the house at the end of each week (for multiple weeks bookings).
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180.
Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay.
