This carefully restored old farmhouse, originally inhabitated by the writer Vasco Pratolini, with its original character intact has been transformed into a welcoming holiday villa.

Set on the slopes of the Pratomagno high mountains rising from the Arno valley, the house is surrounded by terraces of olive groves leading down to the road of the seven bridges built on the remains of an old Etruscan road.

The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is only 1 km far and can be reach with an easy walk. 

The house is suitable for large parties (up to 20 persons) considering that CASALE BELVEDERE, which belongs to the same owner, is located a few hundred meters far up the hill

GROUND FLOOR: large kitchen-dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. 
 

FIRST FLOOR: accessible by an external staircase and panoramic terrace, sitting room, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower. 
All the 5 bedrooms and the dining room are endowed with wall fans. 

ANNEX: living room with fireplace, bathroom (washbasin and wc), laundry room with iron facilities. 

EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, highchair, filter coffee maker, toaster, DVD player, safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron, kettle, mixer, table tennis, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, fans.

Close by the house on a natural terrace surrounded by olive groves and oak woods there is a children's play area and a table tennis. In a sunny spot with lovely views there is a 10x4,5 meter completely fenced swimming pool (depth m. 1,40) equipped with loungers, tables and sun umbrellas.

In front of the house there is a pretty wooden gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue ideal for outdoor meals. The villa is endowed with solar panels which make it independent from traditional energy resources making the most of its ecological value.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water, cooking gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels (upon request), 1 cot (on previous request), internet Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintenance, use of pool from first Saturday of May to last Saturday of September

For bookings of two or more weeks, the owner will make a cleaning of the house at the end of each week (free of charge) 

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:    Obligatory final cleaning (€ 130,00), supplement for pet (€ 5,00 each per day), Tourist Tax if applicable (details on the spot where required)

ON REQUEST:  heating upon consumption (€ 7,00/m³)

PETS:   allowed upon payment of supplement

DEPOSIT: 300,00 in cash on arrival

CHECK IN: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.00 o'clock

CHECK OUT: Saturday from 8.00 to 10.00 o'clock
