Facilities: large private garden, swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.60 m, open: 10 April to 2 October), a barbecue. Terrace furnished for outdoor dining. Parking on site.

Services included:  final cleaning, electricity, water, gas for cooking,  bed linen and towels with weekly change, garden and pool maintenance, use of pool from 10. April to 2. October

Services not included (payable locally): extra cleaning if animals come along (weekly price: 30 Euro per pet), eventual tourist tax regarding the new legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner)

Services on request (payable locally): extra cleaning (15,00 Euro per hour / cleaner),  heating if used (on cunsumption), bicycles on request (25,00 Euro per day). extra bed (15,00 Euro per person per day)

Deposit: 300,00 Euro in cash on arrival
