Villa Beata, situated in a panoramic position in the countryside only 4 km far  from the charming medieval town of Cetona, offers a very relaxing holiday, and, thanks to its geographical location, is the ideal departure point for visiting important artistic and cultural centers of area such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Orvieto and Città della Pieve.

Villa Beata is a beautiful house with typical Tuscan architecture, entirely in stone, carefully renovated and ideal for hosting large groups who want to spend a holiday together without sacrificing their privacy.

The property, situated on a 180 hectare farm, is located on the hilltop with breathtaking views over the surrounding hills and valleys, among wide sunflower fields and woods.

The villa is composed by 4 comfortable typical Tuscan apartments, all with fire-place, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. They are tastefully furnished and contain all the modern conveniences such as Sat-tv, internet wi-fi, central heating, .

For the larger groups, there is a large and imposing lounge (about 60 sq. m.) in the apartment situated at the first floor, which can be used as a common-room and also to organize parties, meetings, courses etc.

On request for groups we organize typical lunches and dinners.

Property Details

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: The house has three separate entrances giving access to three living-rooms, tastefully furnished , with a kitchenette and large fireplace. The other part of the ground floor is dedicated to the sleeping area where there are five double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and two further bathrooms with tub.

Handicap: one of the bathrooms with shower is partially suitable for disabled (wc  while the shower has a small difference in height and has no seat). 

FIRST FLOOR:   an external stone staircase leads to the first floor of the farmhouse. The entrance to this floor leads into a typical room of about 60 m² with impressive fireplace which gives the property the classic atmosphere of the countryside. Adjacent to the living room, there is  a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen . The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms , one with en-suite bathroom with shower and one with en-suite bathroom with shower , 1 twin bedroom and a further bathroom with tub.

A staircase leads to a covered terrace with a beautiful panorama.

EQUIPMENT: Satellite TV (4), DVD player , CD player,  internet wi- fi , fridge-freezer (4), oven (4), microwave, iron and ironing board, dishwasher (3), washing machine , coffee maker , toaster, hair dryer, fans, BBQ, cot Baby ( 2), 1 high chair,  air conditioning in all 10 bedrooms


OUTDOOR
The property, surrounded by a wide and beautiful park where guests  can relax and enjoy the beautiful views,  is the ideal location for “al fresco”  lunches and dinners.
The villa also has two spacious covered loggias placed along the outer walls of the house. Covered parking in the  property.

The pool , located a few meters from the house , measures  14 x 7 m with a depth of 1.50 m. The area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, A/C, water, cooking gas, 1 baby cot & high chair (on previous request), bed linen and towels with weekly change, kitchen towels, pool towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintenance, use of pool from 3.5.-27.9.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:   extra beds or sofa beds (max. 6 sleeps) Euro 140,00 per person and per week, Tourist tax Euro 1,00 per day and per person (except children up to 12 years old)

ON REQUEST (with supplement to be paid on spot):  heating (upon consumption and up to market prices), additional bed linen and towels

Further optional services to be requested far in advance and to be confirmed before arrival with the payment of a deposit:  additional cleaning, additional pool towels, firewood,  additional cot (on previous request), breakfast, typical lunch/dinner (on previous request), weddings and celebrations, chef in villa, cooking classes, wine tastings, cellar visits, baby sitting, further additional services on request

PETS: are welcome on request with supplement 100,- Euro/pet/week
