Villa La Fonte is a lovely stonehouse located in a panoramic and peaceful position on the hills surrounding the town of Castiglion Fiorentino  You'll fall in love with this awesome ancient town of Romanesque origin and an important medieval village dominated by the imposing Cassero tower.  Today it is a lively and busy town with shops, services and typical restaurants for your dinners out. The town's restaurants are famous for their Chianina beef and Fiorentina steak and the "gelato" is absolutely delicious!
From here you can easily and quickly reach the most important centres of Tuscany and Umbria, which is only a few kilometres away.

The villa has been recently renovated and Manuela, the owner, has chosen for her house a very high standard of furniture, elegant and comfortable, with local antiques. The details have been carefully chosen, from the colours in the bedrooms, to the curtains, paintings and ornaments. A huge fireplace stands out in the living room, adorned with copper pots and pans, it was once the hub of the farmhouse, where the whole family would gather in the warmth at the end of the day. The feeling you get from all this makes Fonte Vinaglia an extremely cosy house, where you will immediately feel at home.
The villa is definitely your ideal destination if you want to spend a peaceful and restful holiday.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with kitchenette and large stone fireplace, bathroom with shower, storeroom.
FIRST FLOOR: connecting room with sofa, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and tub, double bedroom. First floor access is via an outside staircase and a loggia with lovely views or by an internal wooden staircase.

GARDEN AND POOL

All around the villa you will find woods and olive groves. The garden of the villa is a paradise, well-kept with green lawns, shady plants and flowers, it will be your refuge in the heat of summer days. It is equipped with two gazebo, hammock, table tennis and barbecue and is completely fenced. Bonus of the villa is the private swimming pool (size 5x12 m, depth 1.20-1.40 m) built on a natural terrace that offers an astonishing view over Castiglion Fiorentino and the Val di Chio.  The wooden gazebo with wrought iron furniture, cushions and vases of flowers will be one of your favourite places to enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. Kids will enjoy the playground with a slide and swing.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 130.
Heating Euro 3 per hour (if used).
Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 0,70 per kwh (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist Tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
