The holiday home ARCO FIORITO is located between the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno, beautiful and interesting medieval hamlets situated just a few kilometers from the house, in both provinces of Arezzo and Siena, respectively.
Lucignano one of the most characteristic villages of the Valdichiana, which still maintains an intact oval circle of walls, is only 2 km far from the house and has shops and services of every kind. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno.
The nice furnishings and the many facilities guarantee a comfortable holiday. On request it is possible to arrange typical tuscan dinners.
INTERIOR
GROUND FLOOR: wide living room with open fireplace and sofas, kitchen-dining room, bathroom with bath, laundry room, small bathroom with WC. FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from internal staircase, five double bedrooms, bathroom with Jacuzzi and bathroom with shower, connecting sitting room with panoramic balcony. From an external convenient staircase you can reach one of the bedrooms.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dish-washer, washing machine, lemon squeezer, toaster, microwave, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, food processor, high chair, iron, SAT TV, kettle, DVD player, CD player, safe.
OUTDOOR
In the large garden shaded by an age-old oak and surrounded by olive groves, there are at guests disposal a 9x4 m swimming pool (depth 1,50 m), a barbecue, table and chairs and sun umbrellas
Services included: water, electricity, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen, pool and park maintenance, Internet WIFI.
Compulsory services not included: final cleaning (€200,-)
Services upon request:  heating (on consumption 5,- Euro per cubic meter), wood (€15,00/100 kg), if ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of €3,00 each, small size pets allowed on payment of € 10,- each/night.
