The holiday home ARCO FIORITO is located between the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno, beautiful and interesting medieval hamlets situated just a few kilometers from the house, in both provinces of Arezzo and Siena, respectively.

Lucignano one of the most characteristic villages of the Valdichiana, which still maintains an intact oval circle of walls, is only 2 km far from the house and has shops and services of every kind. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno.

The nice furnishings and the many facilities guarantee a comfortable holiday. On request it is possible to arrange typical tuscan dinners.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: wide living room with open fireplace and sofas, kitchen-dining room, bathroom with bath, laundry room, small bathroom with WC.
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from internal staircase, five double bedrooms, bathroom with bath and bathroom with shower, connecting sitting room with panoramic balcony. From an external convenient staircase you can reach one of the bedrooms.

This holidayhome is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Here you will really escape from everyday life, to spend an uninterrupted time with family or friends. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.
