Casale Montepulciano is a beautiful farmhouse with typical Tuscan architectural features, set in an extremely panoramic position and the ideal destination for those who are looking for a holiday which is a mix of art, history and nature.

Casale Montepulciano is near the owner’s house and part of a farm which stretches for many hectares in the hills of Montepulciano. The surrounding area is not only famous for its production of fine wines such as Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, but also for the presence of many important towns of historical and noble origins.

Montepulciano is only a few kilometres from the house. It is considered the Pearl of the 1500’s and with its buildings and churches is the highest expression of Renaissance architecture.

The house has been comfortably furnished with typical Tuscan furniture. Satellite TV. Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) the house is suitable for the accommodation of several family groups who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: large and light sitting room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with showers one suitable for the disabled. 
 

FIRST FLOOR: sitting room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, sitting room with kitchenette, bathroom with bath, double bedroom with bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with access via characteristic staircase to typical tower where there is a double bed. The two floors are connected only from outside. 

EQUIPMENT: freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, oven, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, highchair, moka coffee maker, children's playground, mountain-bikes, barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access.

GARDEN

All around the villa a nice garden equipped with table and chairs, a children's play area, and a nice fanced swimming pool (6 x 12 m. - depth 1,50 - 1,80 m.). Mountain bikes can be rented. 

The price includes: water, electricity, gas for cooking purposes, sheets and bathroom towels with weekly change included in the price, pool and park maintenance, free WI-FI connection, One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. 

The price does not include: final cleaning (€200,00), Tourist Tax if applicable (details on the spot if required)

On request: heating (on consumption €7,00 per cubic meter), wood (€15,00/100 kg), Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. 

Security deposit: €300,00 to be paid on the arrival

Pets: not allowed

Private pool is open from 28/04 to 29/09.
