Casale Montepulciano is a beautiful farmhouse with typical Tuscan architectural features, set in an extremely panoramic position and the ideal destination for those who are looking for a holiday which is a mix of art, history and nature.

Casale Montepulciano is near the owner’s house and part of a farm which stretches for many hectares in the hills of Montepulciano. The surrounding area is not only famous for its production of fine wines such as Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, but also for the presence of many important towns of historical and noble origins.

Montepulciano is only a few kilometres from the house. It is considered the Pearl of the 1500’s and with its buildings and churches is the highest expression of Renaissance architecture.

The house has been comfortably furnished with typical Tuscan furniture.

Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) the house is suitable for the accommodation of several family groups who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: large and light sitting room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with showers one of which is wheelchair accessible.
FIRST FLOOR: with access to the rear of the house, going up four steps you find on one side: sitting room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower; on the other side: sitting room with kitchenette, bathroom with bath, double bedroom with bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with access via characteristic staircase to typical tower where there is a double bed. The two floors have no internal connections.

• washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryers in all bathrooms

GARDEN

When you are not touring the hills of southern Tuscany visiting enchanting villages and cities of art, you can relax in the large garden admiring the view and take a dip in the swimming pool (fenced, size 6 x 12 m - depth 1,50 – 1,80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September). In front of the kitchen on the ground floor there is a table with chairs and a barbecue where you can spend cheerful evenings in the company of family and friends..

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 7 per hour (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 

Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m
