This lovely house, Casetta Dolly, is the ideal solution for those who want to live the small pleasures of daily life in total relax, far from the stress and routine of the city. Its peculiar location allows guests to go into the absolute calm of nature but being within easy reach to the small historic towns of the Marche region, well renowned for art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owner on the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests' disposal a lovely pool with beautiful views over the surrounding hills.

INTERIOR

The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, ideal to comfortably eat in the open air. It has two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. Private garden at exclusive use of the guests.

Accessories: TV, satellite TV, oven, freezer-refrigerator, kettle, washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, baby cot with sheets and high chairs upon request, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, loungers, sun umbrella, porch, Internet connection (adsl through cable), first aid kit, fire extinguisher.

OUTDOOR

At guests' disposal a lovely pool with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The pool measures 10 x 5 m (depth: 1,20 m) and is open from May till September

The price includes: Water, electricity, gas kitchen use, weekly change of linen and towels, Internet connection (adsl through cable), 

The price does not include:  final cleaning 80,00 Euro, Tourist tax where applicable (details will be given on arrival), 
Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)

On request: Heating on consumption up to the market rates, extra-cleaning during the stay (€ 10 per hour, 3 hours minimum), extra-changes of linen and towels during the stay (€ 5 per person)

 

Security deposit:  covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be deposited

Pets:  on request

Check in:  Saturday from 16.00 pm to 19.00 pm
