Casetta Dolly is a lovely holiday house with pool in Le Marche, perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the small pleasures of daily life, far from the stress and chaotic routine of big cities. Its peculiar location allows the guests to go into the absolute calm of nature while being within easy reach to the small historic towns and majour centres of Le Marche, a renowned region for its art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owners in the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests’ exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in.

INTERIOR

The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower.

Accessories: TV, satellite TV, oven, freezer-refrigerator, kettle, washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, loungers, sun umbrella, porch, Internet connection wi-fi, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, porch, private garden. Baby cot with sheets and high chairs available upon request.

OUTDOOR

At guests' disposal a lovely pool with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The pool measures 10 x 5 m (depth: 1,20 m) and is open from 27.th April to 5th October

The price includes:  Water, electricity, gas kitchen use, weekly supply of bedlinen and towels, Internet connection wi-fi

The price does not include: Final cleaning: € 80
Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due

On request: Heating: on consumption up to the market rates
Extra cleaning during the stay: € 10 per hour, 3 hours minimum (to pay on spot)
Extra changes of linen or towels during vacation: € 10 per person/change (to pay on spot)

Deposit: The amount of the deposit to be deposited in cash on the day of arrival will be communicated at the time of booking
