La Montanella is a typical farmhouse which has been recently renovated but still maintaining its original architectural features. It is situated a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, on the way up the slopes of the Montanina hill, at the top of which the ruins of an ancient castle can be seen through the vegetation.Â
The simple but comfortable furnishings go well with the internal fittings of the house. Table tennis, volleyball court, shadowed car spot, satellite TV and washing machine at guests disposal.

In front of the house a large paved area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, particularly suitable for eating outdoors. The pool is open from 19.4-25.10.
