La Montanella is a recently renovated part of a typical farmhouse, which maintains its original architectural features. The house is located uphill a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona. The stone facade, the fireplace in the living room, the wooden beams on the ceilings and the warm colours of the furniture and paintwork will welcome you to this little nest, taking you back to the country life of times gone by.

The furnishings are simple and comfortable and the house also has air conditioning, a small laundry room with washing machine and a shaded parking space.

EXTERIOR

Around the house there is a large fully fenced green area of about 5,000 square metres with an endless series of natural terraces covered by silver olive trees. On one of these terraces, there is a swimming pool (size 5 x 10 m, depth 1.40 m), for your exclusive use and finished with a stone solarium, sunbeds and umbrellas. As well as being a safe haven on hot summer days, it will also be an unforgettable place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over a marvellous panorama of the valley below.
For your leisure moments, table tenniss and volleyball court are available.

Just outside the maindoor, there is a large paved panoramic terrace that you can see from the kitchen. This outdoor space is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, and here you can enjoy excellent dinners and cookouts in the fresh evening air.

Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Air conditioning Euro 0,80 per kwh (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
