La Moraia is located a few kilometers from the city of Arezzo, just 500 m from the small town of Tregozzano and in the past has been home to an ancient and noble family of the Counts Aretini.

INTERIOR

First floor: access from an external staircase entrance hall, large living room -dining room with  sofas and terrace, kitchen , three double bedrooms , bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower. Bathroom with shower and dressing room to the pool.

Accessories: TV , Wi -Fi, refrigerator with freezer, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine, microwave , coffee maker, coffee maker , toaster, iron and ironing board , high chair , barbecue. Pets are allowed.

 

OUTDOOR

Guests have access to a beautiful pool with Roman steps (size 16x6 m , depth . M . 1.40 to 2.00 ) adorned with fine marble and with dressing room and bathroom with shower, a large garden shaded by pine trees where you is a characteristic arbor covered with wisteria and roses with a marble fountain and wooden benches where you can relax and stay cool .

Near the entrance of the villa is also a comfortable and spacious porch equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining in the summer evenings .

 

The price includes : water, gas kitchen use, weekly change of linen , Internet Wi-fi, electricity.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 160.00 , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: only small pets allowed with payment of € 10.00 each per day , pool towels provided at € 3.00 each.

 

Security deposit: € 300,00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
