La Moraia is located a few kilometers from the city of Arezzo, just 500 m from the small town of Tregozzano and in the past has been home to an ancient and noble family of the Counts Aretini.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: wide and bright glass veranda with billiards, dining table, table football, sofas and bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through external staircase, entrance, wide and bright living-dining room with sofa and balcony, kitchen, three double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower. Bathroom with shower and dressing room at the swimming pool.

OUTDOOR
Guests have access to a beautiful pool with Roman steps (size 16x6 m , depth . M . 1.40 to 2.00) adorned with fine marble and with dressing room and bathroom with shower, a large garden shaded by pine trees where you is a characteristic arbor covered with wisteria and roses with a marble fountain and wooden benches where you can relax and stay cool .

Near the entrance of the villa is also a comfortable and spacious porch equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining in the summer evenings .

Private pool is open from 29/06 to 07/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set).
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160.
Heating Euro 2 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day (small size only).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
