POGGIO BELLO is a beautiful stone house situated in an extremely panoramic position surrounded by greenery in the peace and quietness of the Siena countryside. Perfect for anybody who wants to enjoy the beauty and quietness the place could offer.
The villa is surrounded by a wide garden where there is a lovely 8x4m swimming pool (depth 1,20m), an external Jacuzzi bath (5 seats), a tennis court and a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue where you could have pleasant outdoor meals while you sit gazing at the view below.
Only 4 kilometres far there is the town of Torrita di Siena, ancient fortified castle guarding Siena's southern borders. Today the village is a modern town endowed with all stores and services you might need and offers interesting folk and cultural events throughout the whole year. You can plan interesting trips or day excursions to visit the nearby Siena 50 km, Pienza 16 km, Montepulciano 10 km or Cortona 30 km. The furnishing is in Tuscan style and particularly tasteful and comfortable.
Next to the pool there is a laundry room and bathroom with shower.
