POGGIO BELLO is a beautiful stone house situated in an extremely panoramic position surrounded by greenery in the peace and quietness of the Siena countryside. Perfect for anybody who wants to enjoy the beauty and quietness the place could offer.
Families with children as well as groups of friends have enjoyed their holidays in this villa, and thanks to the wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities, fun for young and old is guaranteed. The warm colours of the walls and the simple furnishings make the house warm and welcoming.
Only 4 kilometres far there is the town of Torrita di Siena, ancient fortified castle guarding Siena's southern borders. Today the village is a modern town endowed with all stores and services you might need and offers interesting folk and cultural events throughout the whole year. You can plan interesting trips or day excursions to visit the nearby Siena 50 km, Pienza 16 km, Montepulciano 10 km or Cortona 30 km. The furnishing is in Tuscan style and particularly tasteful and comfortable.
Next to the pool there is a laundry room and bathroom with shower.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: large living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with shower, room with billiard and table-football, two double bedrooms each one with en suite bathroom with shower. In the annex next to the pool, there is a room with washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: entrance from external stone staircase with panoramic loggia. Spacious living room with large open fireplace, four double bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower.

Every day offers a new opportunity to enjoy something different: relax in the panoramic garden, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.20 meters deep, fenced – open from May 1st to September 30th), or engage in exciting matches of volleyball or tennis on the small multi-purpose sports ground (18x9 meters). You can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, or foosball for some friendly competition. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 280.  
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.
