The beautiful countryside of Le Marche is the setting of this welcoming country house, Villa Amato, surrounded by green hills, woods and meadows, giving the guests a deep sensation of peace and calm. The house is the result of the renovation of an antique church dating back to the XVII century. This elegant building is placed in a very good position, close the centre of Urbania, a lovely Renaissance town. The villa is completely surrounded by a large garden and offers a lovely pool with panoramic view.

INTERIOR

The property is set on two levels.

GROUND FLOOR: a bright living room with fireplace and double sofa bed , living area, kitchen, 2 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub.
FIRST FLOOR: living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, 2 twin bedroom with single sofa bed each, bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub.

In the first floor there is air conditioning available.

Equipment: TV, satellite TV, DVD, dishwasher, drying rack, iron and ironing board, refrigerator-freezer, kettle, American coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, gas oven, fire extinguisher, Internet connection (wi-fi device), tables, chairs and benches for al fresco dining, outdoor sofas, sun umbrellas and sunbeds, barbecue, air conditioning (first floor). Baby cot with sheets and high chair available upon request.

POOL

Located in a lower level to the property, with breathtaking views.  The pool measures 10 x 5m with a depth of 1,40 Open from May to September.

Price does not include: 
final cleaning  €150,00, the new tourist tax where applicable (details on arrival from the owner or property responsible), Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)

On request:
heating metered, extra cleaning during vacation € 50.00, extra changes of linen or towels during vacation € 5.00 per person.

Pets: are wellcome on request on supplement 

Deposit: covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be deposited

POSITION

Urbania, the old Casteldurante, is a lovely town in le Marche which has changed three times its name. Among the buildings in Urbania, the most important one is the Palazzo Ducale, the old residence of the families Montefeltro and Della Rovere. Today in this historic building there is the town Library, the civic museum, the historic archives and the museum of the peasant culture.

Other marvellous buildings are: the antique cathedral with the bishop's palace, the Diocesano museum and the town hall building. You also want to visit the Chiesa dei Morti (church of death people), built in 1380, where you can find a cemetery of mummies, also well known for the unique phenomenon of the natural mummification, and where since more than four centuries rest 18 bodies found close to the church. A must for kids is the Bosco dei Folletti (the elf woods), a lovely walk in a fantasy world which will make dream again also older people.
