Villa Amato is a characteristic private villa with pool, located at a short distance to the centre of Urbania, a town rich in Renaissance traditions and known all over the world for its ancient pottery.

The beautiful countryside of Le Marche with its woods, meadows and green hills is the setting of this welcoming holiday house, resulting from the renovation of an antique church dating back to the XVII century.

The villa benefits of a good position and offers a wide porch with tables, benches and sofas to enjoy the panorama. It is surrounded by a large well groomed garden with tables and chairs perfect to relax. At the guests'disposal there's also a great pool with panoramic view.

The property is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a bright dining room with fireplace, living area, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, the second with tub). On the first floor, we can find a bright living room and sofa bed (double), a double bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds where a pouf bed can also be added, two bathrooms (one with shower, the second with tub).

Located in a lower level to the property, with breathtaking views.  The pool measures 15 x 5m with a depth of 1,40 Open from May to September.

Water, electricity, gas kitchen use, weekly supply of bedlinen and towels, air conditioning, Internet connection (wi-fi device), Easy Rent guarantee (insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum of €5,000 and related limitations)

POSITION

Urbania, the old Casteldurante, is a lovely town in le Marche which has changed three times its name. Among the buildings in Urbania, the most important one is the Palazzo Ducale, the old residence of the families Montefeltro and Della Rovere. Today in this historic building there is the town Library, the civic museum, the historic archives and the museum of the peasant culture.

Other marvellous buildings are: the antique cathedral with the bishop's palace, the Diocesano museum and the town hall building. You also want to visit the Chiesa dei Morti (church of death people), built in 1380, where you can find a cemetery of mummies, also well known for the unique phenomenon of the natural mummification, and where since more than four centuries rest 18 bodies found close to the church. A must for kids is the Bosco dei Folletti (the elf woods), a lovely walk in a fantasy world which will make dream again also older people.
