Villa Castiglione della Pescaia is located less than 5 km from the seaside village of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the southern part of Tuscany known as Maremma. This beautiful villa is situated on the top of a small hill between the picturesque vineyards and enjoys stunning views over an unspoilt area, overlooking the coast.

The house has been completely renovated to a very high standard and includes all the modern amenities , the property is divided into 2 wings, independent and communicating, making it ideal for two families wishing to holiday together but at the same time maintaining their privacy.

The interiors are bright and comfortable, with wonderful forniture and cozy. Both living rooms have huge sliding glass doors that can be kept open in order to increase a sense of continuity with the outside world . The rooms, all with private bathroom, both have direct access to the garden or terrace .

SOUTH WING

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and dining area opens onto a panoramic veranda, kitchen, guest bathroom .
First floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only ) that opens onto a private terrace.
Lower ground floor: master bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath and shower) , twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only ), study, laundry room with access to the garage.

NORTH WING

Ground floor: large living / dining room opening onto the veranda and garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area , master bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath and shower) and access to the garden and interconnection with the south wing , twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only) .

The price includes: maid service 4 hours per day , 5 days a week .
