Villa Castiglione della Pescaia is a comfortable villa with private swimming pool located only 5km from the ancient village of Castiglion della Pescaia, in the Southern part of Tuscany known as Maremma. It is the ideal location for travellers looking to spend their holiday in the countryside while being able to enjoy the seaside. Villa Castiglione della Pescaia is only 7km from the closest beach. There are plenty of choices of where to spend a day at the seaside: from the wild beaches of Punta Ala to Spiaggie delle Rocchette to the stunning Cala Violina. For those travelling with young children, there are also bathing establishments close by.
This beautiful property is positioned on top of a small hill among suggestive vineyards and enjoys breathtaking views on an untouched area with a natural reserve and overlooking the coast up to the Giglio Island.

The house has been completely restored to a very high standard and includes all modern comforts such as air-conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans everywhere. The accommodation is split in 2 wings, independent and interconnecting, making it ideal for two families wanting to holiday together yet retaining their privacy. Both sitting rooms have huge sliding glass doors that can be kept opened to enhance a sense of continuity with the exterior.
