Villa Chianti Classico, exquisitely restored farmhouse, is situated in one of the finest locations, right in the heart of Chianti Classico and from its isolated location the view is absolutely amazing. Interiors has been renovated to a very high standard, in authentic Tuscan style and tastefully furnished with ethnic furniture and antiques. The living areas are all very bright and airy thanks to large windows that overlook the garden.

A cat lives unside the property. The driveway that leads to Villa Chianti Classico has been partially cemented the end of 2013, in order to make it easily accessible to all guests.

Ground floor: Entrance, large living room with fireplace and opening onto the garden, interior patio with pergola , large kitchen opening onto a terrace / garden, a cloakroom, a double room with bathroom, living room with dining area.
First floor: Double bedroom with canopy bed, bathroom with whirlpool bath, bedroom with queen size bed ( with its output via a staircase to the garden) , with tower bedroom ( a narrow staircase ) with a French bed and a great view, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bathroom , loft area overlooking the living room with a sofa and books, large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom .

In the patio of Villa Chianti Classico there is a beautiful covered pergola with marble table, ideal for outdoor dining and at behind the villa there is a path that leads to the swimming pool (14x6 meters) situated in a beautiful position; the pool has also a large area for children.

The price includes : water, electricity, gas, maid service included 3 hours a day  5 days a week .

The price does not include: heating, any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner).
