Villa Chianti Classico, exquisitely restored farmhouse, is situated in one of the finest locations, right in the heart of Chianti Classico and from its isolated location the view is absolutely amazing. Interiors has been renovated to a very high standard, in authentic Tuscan style and tastefully furnished with ethnic furniture and antiques. The living areas are all very bright and airy thanks to large windows that overlook the garden.

A cat lives unside the property. The driveway that leads to Villa Chianti Classico has been partially cemented the end of 2013, in order to make it easily accessible to all guests.

Ground Floor:
Entrance; large sitting room with fireplace and dining area opening onto the panoramic terrace and back patio both furnished for “al fresco” meals; second sitting room with fireplace; big kitchen opening onto the terrace/garden; twin bedroom with bathroom (bathtub).

First Floor:
Double bedroom with 4-poster bed; bathroom with jacuzzi bath; bedroom with French bed (with own exit via a stairway to the garden); tower bedroom (up a narrow “ladder” staircase) with French bed and wonderful views; bathroom (shower); twin bedroom with bathroom (bathtub); galleried area overlooking sitting room with sofa and books; large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub).

In the patio of Villa Chianti Classico there is a beautiful covered pergola with marble table, ideal for outdoor dining and at behind the villa there is a path that leads to the swimming pool (14x6 meters) situated in a beautiful position; the pool has also a large area for children.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

Check- in: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.00

Check- out: Saturday before 10.00

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).
