Villa Circe is a beautiful villa situated on a very panoramic position, around 400mt far from the sea and the beach and only 100 m from the characteristic village of San Felice Circeo. This property is the ideal place for those who are searching for a relaxing holiday at the sea, without using a car to move around, but at the same time is a strategic place to visit the center and south of Italym, Rome is only 100 km away and Naples only 150 km.

San Felice Circeo besides being a renowned sea resort is a place rich in history and its origins are really ancient, dating back to the Neanderthal era. Not far from the villa it is possible to visit a fascinating archaeological site which, during summer, is also used to organize evocative musical events. Moreover the village is part of the "Parco Nazionale del Circeo", born to protect historical and natural beauties of the territory.

From the marina of San Felice Circeo you can take the ferry and with a little more than one hour reach the stunning island of Ponza.

INTERIOR

Ground floor: wide living room with fireplace and sofa, kitchen, dining-room, wc and laundry room. From the living room access to the beautiful, panoramic terrace with sea view and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals.

First floor: with access through internal staircase, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, single bedroom with pull-out bed, bathroom with shower. The three double bedrooms have balconies with sea view.

Accessories: washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, oven, freezer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi Internet access, air conditioning in the bedrooms.
