Villa Circe  is a prestigious villa located in an extremely panoramic position about 400 metres from the beach of San Felice Circeo. You will find it overlooking the sea, facing a boundless view in shades of blue and azure, located in a residential area just 100 metres outside the village of San Felice Circeo. You will be able to reach the village comfortably on foot to enjoy a dinner in a typical restaurant or for an aperitif in the characteristic and ancient “piazzetta”.

In our opinion, the villa is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea without having to use the car for constant transfers and at the same time it is a strategic place to visit central - southern Italy, you can easily reach both with day trips, Roma is only 100 km away and Napoli 150.

The village of San Felice Circeo, besides being a renowned seaside resort, is also rich in history; its origins are very ancient and date back as far as the Neanderthals. Near the villa you can visit an archaeological area that in the summer is also used to organise suggestive events and musical shows. The town is also part of the Circeo National Park, created to protect the history and natural beauty of this area.
From the tourist port of San Felice Circeo you can take the ferry and in just over 1 hour reach the beautiful island of Ponza where you will find a crystal-clear sea and its characteristic colourful houses!

Certainly the highlight of the villa, apart from the interiors and the amenities - the bedrooms are all air-conditioned - the furniture and the elegant finishing touches, in the prevailing and relaxing shade of white, is the beautiful, fully-fenced private garden. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of the gulf below but above all it has a covered terrace, spacious and finely furnished and equipped, the perfect location for your evenings in the open air, for “al fresco” dining or for relaxing with your favourite book.  On the property you will also find a private parking space and a tennis table for leisure time with the children. At the villa your small pets will be welcome.
