VILLA COLOMBETTA-RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE

At about 400 meters above sea level, this charming stone country house overlooks the mountains of the hinterland of Le Marche. This property gives the guests the atmosphere of the family home, while offering all comforts and calm for a holiday immersed in the nature. The villa is situated in an area rich in medieval and renaissance villages that have survived over centuries of history and art. The property is surrounded by a large garden and a lovely irregularly shaped pool.

 

INTERIOR

The structure can be rent as single villa, ideal for two families, or as two separate apartments, completely independent and private. The main apartment has a kitchen with fireplace, a large living room (with the possibility to add an extra a bed), a double bedroom with little toilet, a double bebroom, bathroom with shower. The other apartment, smaller than the first, is located on the lower floor with access directly from the garden. it is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, an utility room, a double room, a bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: sat TV, DVD, stereo, CD player, fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, hair dryer, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher. Tables and chairs for eating outdoors, sun umbrellas, hammocks, attached dressing room with all services, firewood oven, portable BBQ, ping pong table, Internet connection (wi-fi). Laundry area with drying rack, ironing board and iron. Crib with sheets and high chair upon request.
