Villa Colombetta is a villa with private pool in Le Marche at about 400 meters above sea level. This stone country house overlooks the mountains of Le Marche hinterland, offering breathtaking views over the valley.

This farmhouse still keeps the atmosphere of a family home, offering all comforts and calm for a reinvigorating stay in deep contact with nature and local traditions of nearby towns and villages rich of history and art.

INTERIOR

The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the pool area, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, convenient and functional for guests spending time outdoors.
