VILLA PALMINA di MOGLIANO -PRIVATE STRUCTURE (ACCOMODATION ONLY)

Villa Palmina di Mogliano is a wonderful, recently renovated structure. Although the building is still that of a typical country house of Le Marche, the interiors are characterized by a refined taste with ample open spaces, simple, warm and very comfortable furniture.
The property, stretching along a hillside, is fenced and surrounded by vineyards and green fields, with a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside. The property is also surrounded by a vast and well kept garden, rich in flowers and plants. The guests can benefit of a nice panoramic pool and two lovely verandas, perfect to relax while sipping a glass of local wine and enjoying the beautiful views of the surroundings.

INTERIOR

The villa is built on three levels. 
On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with fireplace, a big bathroom with whirlpool, shower and laundry area.

On the first floor there is are 2 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and 2  bathrooms with shower. 
On the second and last floor there's a lovely large doublebed room with bathroom.
Few meters away from the main building you will find an annex with living room-kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: TV, DVD, satellite-TV, video recorder, sound system, CD player, fans, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, hair dryer, toaster, American coffee maker, electric oven, mixer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, sun umbrellas and lounges, outdoor tables and chairs, portable barbecue, crib with sheets and high chair, Internet connection (wi-fi).

EXTERIOR
The property which is entirely fenced-in, stretches along a hillside and is surrounded by vineyards and green fields, with breathtaking views over the countryside. It is surrounded by a vast and well kept garden, rich in flowers and plants.

Guests can benefit of a great salt water pool with Roman stairs entrance and two comfortable pergolas equipped with tables and chairs, perfect to enjoy pleasant moments of relax.

Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)

Security deposit:  covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be deposited.

LOCATION

Mogliano lies on a crest between the Cremone and the Ete Morto valley, with a gorgeous view over the Sibillini mountains. It is well know for the wicker and the leather craft (vimini). Mogliano is surrounded by olive trees which decorate its unique landscape. There is still the old fortress and part of the old town wall. Mogliano rises on a hill at 313m above sea level ad it is half away from the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast, not too far away from Macerata and Fermo, in the beautiful region le Marche.
