Villa Palmina is a wonderful, recently renovated structure. Although the building is still that of a typical country house of Le Marche, the interiors are characterized by a refined taste with ample open spaces, simple, warm and very comfortable furniture. The property, stretching along a hillside, is fenced and surrounded by vineyards and green fields, with a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside.

The villa is built on three levels. 
On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with fireplace, a big bathroom with whirlpool, shower and laundry area.

On the first floor there 3 double bed rooms,  a twin bedroom and 2  bathrooms with shower.
On the second and last floor there's a lovely large doublebed rom with shower. Few meters away from the main building you will find an annex with living room-kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom abd a bathroom with shower

LOCATION

Mogliano lies on a crest between the Cremone and the Ete Morto valley, with a gorgeous view over the Sibillini mountains. It is well know for the wicker and the leather craft (vimini). Mogliano is surrounded by olive trees which decorate its unique landscape. There is still the old fortress and part of the old town wall. Mogliano rises on a hill at 313m above sea level ad it is half away from the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast, not too far away from Macerata and Fermo, in the beautiful region le Marche.
