The structure Appartamenti CONCA consists of three apartments of various sizes that overlook the Golfo Stella. From here, the view opens onto a vast stretch of sea of the island, bordered to the west from the wings of the Monte Capanne: from the apartments you can enjoy the magnificent view of the majestic and unforgettable sunsets.
The apartments CONCA are located in the center southern of Elba island, in the town of Portoferraio. Private location but not isolated, the structure is situated in a natural Mediterranean panorama, dominated by a serenity punctuated by touches of the bell of the nearby sanctuary of Madonna delle Grazie, in the town of Portoferraio.
The picturesque bay that borders the beach of Madonna delle Grazie is located about 300 meters from the apartments, is easily reachable by foot thanks to a way forward with small-cars for children. To reach the apartments you must instead follow a road of 800 meters, partly unpaved, and in places quite narrow, which starts from the town of Portoferraio.
The apartment CONCA has been recently and excellently constructed, it is composed of a living room more or less large (depending on the number of beds provided, in this case five, but still very spacious) with sea views and a double sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The apartment has an exclusive part of a large terrace and it is divided by wooden structures equipped with gazebo, table and chairs.

BEACH
Beach Madonna delle Grazie
Small beach with sand mixed gravel, easily accessible by the road from Portoferraio to Innamorata, and going right at the junction that is before you get to Morcone. Free parking in very few places in the street.
200 meters before the beach, there is, to visit, the church of Madonna delle Grazie. In the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, built in the sixteenth century, there is an 'oil painting' small size (45x56 cm) at the center of the main altar, called the `Lady of Silence ', and copy the work of Marcello Venusti Michelangelo.
On the beach a Bar - Restaurant and Diving. Very beautiful the rocks on the right of the beach, watching the sea, forming small bays and also collected a lot repaired.
Unfortunately, the rocks are not smooth at all being formed by a kind of tufa, and are therefore required to walk on with shoes.
