Casa Grin is an elegant country house, built in rustic style, located in northern Lazio in a panoramic position on the green hills covered with hazelnut trees, vineyards and olive groves near the village of Corchiano, where there are shops and services. It is placed on a 292 mt. above sea level plateau, close to the WWF Oasis of Corchiano, only 70 km far from Roma, within reach in one hour by train or bus. A stone's throw away the luxuriant woods of Monti Cimini and the lakes of Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena. In the nearby territory many Etruscan graves had been found and important archaeological finds can be seen in the museums of Valle Giulia in Roma and of Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana. On ground floor, with independent entrance on the rear of the house, live the owners who will be a nice and discreet presence and a trustworthy reference point for any needs.
INTERIOR
The home, set on a mezzanine, with entrance by an external staircase (8 steps), is made up of: living-dining room, kitchen with fireplace, five double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower. From the living room on get access to the wide panoramic and covered balcony equipped with table and chairs, ideal to out outside.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster.
EXTERIOR
The house is surrounded by a large park equipped with garden furniture, a swimming pool area (pool size 6x12 mt) and a private car parking.

Services included: initial cleaning, pool and park manteinance, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use).
Services not included (to be paid locally and directly to the owner): Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120 fix, pets allowed on payment of Euro 30 each per week.
