Casa Ligure, of recent construction, is the result of the partial reclamation of a rural building which was completely renovated in 2007, keeping the original stones of the old structure in part of the villa the and giving ample space to the panorama enjoyed by its position. The villa has been tastefully furnished with particular attention to detail. It is located about 2.5 km from the beaches, in a panoramic position overlooking the sea and Varigotti Goulf, immersed in the green hills above the town of Finale Ligure. The property and its location are ideal for spending holidays immersed in the nature of the western Ligurian Riviera, enjoying a splendid and incomparable view of the sea but, at the same time, being far from the chaos of mass tourism, in comfort and relaxation.

INTERIOR

The villa has just one floor with a small mansard used as a studio. The main entrance is in front of the living room with a dining area, which is reached by three steps, connected with the kitchen. On the same floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a bathroom with whirlpool tub. All the rooms, except the bathrooms, have direct access to the outside through French windows. A spiral staircase leads up to a small study which opens on to a roof terrace which is not accessible to guests for safety reasons.

EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by about 300 sq mts of garden disposed on various levels with olive trees and Mediterranean maquis. Colourful shrubs, bushes and flowers surround a small well-kept lawn. In one corner of the garden, near the kitchen and dining room, is a gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. There are sunbeds in the garden for those wishing to relax in the sun, savouring the pleasure of the sea breeze and enjoying the splendid view of the sea.
