The apartment AZZURRO is one of the four apartments of a recent building, situated 100 meters far from the sandy beach of Marina di Grosseto (Maremma).
The owners also rent the apartment ARANCIO, which is situated in the same building (in front of AZZURRO and with the same characteristics). They have chosen for both apartments modern and practical furnishings to assure comfortable and pleasant holidays and they can welcome a group of 12 people. AZZURRO and ARANCIO are both first floor apartments; each one has its own private terrasse.
The external gate leads to the parking (available for a maximum of n.2 cars) and to the garden equipped with n.2 external showers. The garden, the parking and the showers are for common use.
Sunbeds and beach umbrellas can be rented directly at Beach Mio e Tuo, at convenient prices. Also available there: restaurant, bar, swimming pool with salted water.
Both apartments have air conditionning and Sat-Tv.
INTERIOR
Apartment on two floors for 4+2 people
From the main entrance, one enters into a unique and large room composed of the dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, living-room with double sofa bed, satellite-tv. There is one bathroom with shower.
From the living-room/kitchen, one can access to the balcony equipped with table and six chairs, ideal for "al fresco" dinners. Small barbecue.
A staircase, located in a corner in front of the main entrance, leads to the first floor where there is:
1 double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with "French" bed (120 cm), a balcony with view to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, a covered terrasse with washing machine, a clothes-horse and a sink.
