Casa Peruccia is situated in the heart of Tuscany, at the foot of the ancient city walls of Volterra and a few kilometers from Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, and is the ideal choice for an intimate holiday and comfortable for its strategic location, with a beautiful view of the valley and the city of Volterra. The small cottage is newly built. The house enjoys a comfortable place in the arcade level above the pool, which allows you to enjoy outdoor meals while enjoying a panoramic view over the hills and valleys of the beautiful Volterra.

INTERIOR

The portico, situated on the upper level, leads into the living area composed of a kitchenette with a table seating four and a small breakfast bar, a sitting area with two two-seater divans and an attractive corner fireplace. The living area is tastefully furnished with brightly coloured finishing touches. From here one accedes to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and one bathroom with shower.

Equipment: internet wireless connection, satellite TV, hi-fi with CD player, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, american coffee machine, moka, iron and ironing board, cot, highchair, hair dryer , mosquito nets (except in the doors), barbecue mobile.

EXTERIOR

The house is immersed in 1800 square metres of landscaped garden adorned with various types of flowers and bushes which give the property a sense of colour and neatness. The pool with its sun umbrellas and deckchairs fits nicely into this colourful context.

POOL

Open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. About 25 metres from the house, it is situated at a lower level and is reached by a flight of steps (the same flight that leads to the house) composed of 12 stone steps. Of rectangular shape and lined in PVC, the pool is 5 m wide and 10 m long, with a depth varying from 1,20 to 1,60 m, with chlorine purification. Access to the water is by ladder. The solarium area is tiled in beige ceramic and is provided with sunbeds, umbrellas and deckchairs and a cold water shower.

Services included: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, initial and final cleaning, pool and park maintenance.

Services not included (to be paid locally and directly to the owner): extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 30,00/week/animal).

Services on request (to be paid locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15.00 / h per person employed), extra linen (€ 15.00 per person), heating (on consumption, rates in effect at the time of stay), internet wireless (€ 25.00 per week), firewood (€ 20,00 / 100 kg).
