Around 1 km far the little village of Pieve a Presciano endowed with restaurants and other small shops. The house location is ideal to visit the main Tuscan cities such as Arezzo (20 km far), Siena (45 km far) and Firenze (60 km far). The property is made of a main house and an annex which can be rented exclusively together to one group. Furnishing is simple and cozy with some original antiques.

All around the two houses a wide green area, where for the exclusive use of the guests, are the swimming pool (size m 6x12 - depth m 1,40), an equipped gazebo with table and chairs to eat outside and a barbecue.

Services included: fully cleaned property equipped with linens, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use), pool and park maintenance. The pool is open from 12/05 to 29/09.
