To enter the property, after a long and tiring journey, guests cross the driveway adorned with majestic cypresses and cross the small bridge (= "Ponticello") that leads to the romantic Villa Il Ponticello.
INTERIOR
Ground floor: From the balcony equipped for outdoor dining, you enter the spacious living room (70 sqm) with a beautiful antique piano (to be used only by experts), 2 windows, 2 French windows with access to the outside, fireplace , satellite plasma TV, sofas (1 sofa bed), dining area along with table and chairs for 12 people.
Open access to the luminous kitchen thanks to the window and glass door that leads outside. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5 burner cooker, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine)
In the kitchen, a door leads to a small room equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.
From the living room, access to a sleeping zone of the ground floor:
Double bedroom with private bathroom (shower 1.20 x 0.80 m), twin bedroom (that can be transformed into double bedroom on request), bathroom with tub and showe, "de luxe"(with color therapy, massage, music).
At the end of the corridor, a door leads to the outside and the pool.
The stone staircase of the living room leads to the first floor:
on the left, a large double bedroom with wrought iron bed and a single bed with private bathroom (shower and tub with stereo) and plasma TV (satellite TV). A French door leads to the covered terrace equipped with fitness facilities. The terrace has panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.
On the right side of the stairs, access to a romantic double bedroom with canopy bed, fireplace, satellite TV and French windows with access to the common terrace with fitness accessories.
All windows and doors are fitted with flyers.
GARDEN AND POOL
The villa is located in a fully fenced property in a land of about 1.6 hectares with olive and fruit trees.
From the covered parking, a gravel path leads to a circular fountain and up the main entrance.
The beautiful swimming pool is located behind the house and is equipped with "Roman access " (stairs), salt water and it measures 7 x 14 m and 1.20 to 2.50 m deep.
The pool area is equipped with 10 sunbeds, 4 deckchairs, outside shower (important: the waste water of this shower is reused to water the garden. Therefore, the use of soap is prohibited) and a gazebo shaded.
