Villa Lia is a two floors house, recently renovated and immersed in an olive grove about 3 km far from Camaiore and 10 kilometres away from the beaches of Versilia. Its position guarantees a relaxing holiday but at the same time allows visits to interesting towns such as Carrara (the city of marble), the Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano..
The ground floor of Villa Lia is characterized by a luminous and spacious living room with a large window which lets natural lighting filtering into the house, creating a warm homely atmosphere.
INTERIOR
The house consists of two floors.
The main entrance is on the ground floor with the dining area and kitchen, one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single room and a bathroom with shower.
From the dining room a staircase leads to the floor below that leads outside, directly to the pool area. On this floor, besides the living room, there is a double room with high window and a windowless bathroom with shower.
The interior has been tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and brightly coloured fittings which provide freshness and light.

GARDEN
The property covers about 3000 sq m of hilly land with terraces cultivated with olive trees. Outside the dining area is a covered terrace with table and chairs to allow guests to dine in the open air.
POOL
Just a few steps away from the house, in front of the lower level, is the irregularly shaped swimming pool, fitting harmoniously into the landscape. Open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, the pool measures 12 x 6 m with a minimum depth of 1,10 m and a maximum of 2,20 m. The depuration of the water is by active ions. The solarium area around the pool is in stone and lawn and is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs and umbrellas.
