With 6 inviting air-conditioned bedrooms, Villa Nico comfortably accommodates 12-13 people and is nestled away among the vineyards of the owners’ farm. It offers panoramic views and peacefulness in the hills near Cerreto Guidi, a town just kilometers from Vinci, Leonardo da Vinci’s birthplace.

If you seek a tranquil spot in the countryside not far from Tuscany’s most important sites, this rental is for you. Just 7 km away is the town of Vinci, with the Leonardo da Vinci museum and the house where Leonardo was born. The cities of Florence, Pisa and Lucca; as well as the seaside, are less than 1 hour away by car.

Guests of this beautiful villa portion rental in Tuscany will have all amenities at their disposal: a fantastic, fenced-in private pool for relaxing with family and friends, a large garden, Wifi internet and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

For golf lovers, we recommend the Bellosguardo Golf Club, just 8 km from the house. The beautiful 9-hole course is one of Italy’s longest and most difficult. It is about 5,800 meters, 70 par with double tees, and also offers a large driving range, two putting greens and a pitching green.
