The holiday home Appartamenti il Maestro consists of 3 apartments created by the sensitive renovation of an old stone farmhouse, and they are the ideal place to spend holidays in a place rich of ancient traditions. Each holiday apartment faithfully respects the original characteristics of the building; all the furnishings and interior decorations have been chosen with great care and are beautifully coordinated. EXTERIOR

The grounds in front of the house are attractive and contain age-old but thriving olive trees. Here you will find a barbecue and garden furniture as well as the lovely 6 x 12 m swimming pool. The pool is open from 3th May to 27th September.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning: Mappamondo and Calamaio Euro 50, Scrittoio and Cattedra Euro 70 per apartment.
Heating Euro 5 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
