Casa Batti is part of a recently restored old house a few kilometers from Castelfocognano, a village perched on a high rock surrounded by chestnut and oak woods. The house is in a quiet position with lovely views and is ideal for discovering the Casentino, the verdant mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine.    Peace, a mild climate, beautiful countryside and a warm welcome from local inhabitants make this valley the ideal spot for a lovely summer’s vacation.

In the garden surrounding the house, equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, there is a beautiful swimming pool (dim. 5x10 m, depth 1,10-1,70 m) at the exclusive use of the clients.

The furniture is in Tuscan style.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance on a living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via an internal staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower

• Dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, moka coffee maker, toaster
• Washing machine, high chair, iron, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, fan, hair dryer
• Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Private pool is open from 05/04 to 11/10. 
Wi-Fi Internet access. 
Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set).
Swimming pool and garden maintenance.
Heating and Air conditioning.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. 

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 60. 
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
